Salary: £28,500 basic
OTE: £32,000 (pooled team commission with additional individual commission opportunities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm (No weekends)

Main DutiesÂ

- Take ownership of a portfolio of residential rental properties
Â
Â
- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering a high level of service
Â
Â
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
Â
Â
- Ensure all properties meet current safety and legal compliance standards
Â
Â
- Carry out routine inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
Â
Â
- Manage tenancy deposit processing and assist with dispute resolution
Â
Â
- Work closely with the wider lettings and property management teams
Â
Skills & Experience
Â
- Previous experience in property management or a customer-facing lettings role
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Â
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Â
Â
- Calm, professional, and effective under pressure
Â
Â
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
Â
Â
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and quick to take ownership
Â
Â
- A genuine interest in property and working with people
Â
Â
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently

Â
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
