Pay Rates

• £15.06 per hour (Days) increasing up to Up to £18.36 per hour (Shift Allowance) 
• Pay increases to parity rates after 12 weeks

Pertemps are recruiting  Logistics /FLT Operatives to support a busy manufacturing operation in Warrington.

These are ongoing temporary opportunities with immediate starts available for experienced FLT drivers looking for long-term work with excellent rates of pay.

 

Duties of the successful Logistics / FLT Operative

You'll play a key role in supporting the manufacturing operation, with duties including:

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently 
• Moving stock and materials throughout the site 
• High-bay storage and stock put-away 
• Supplying production lines with materials 
• Completing warehouse transactions using SAP and handheld systems 
• Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

 
Shift Pattern

Successful candidates must be flexible to work a 3-shift rotating pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm 
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm 
• 10:00pm – 6:00am 
  
  

 
Flexibility is essential to support operational requirements.

 
What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (preferred) or a Reach Truck licence 
• Recent, hands-on FLT operating experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment 
• Good IT and numeracy skills 
• A strong awareness of health and safety 
• A reliable, positive and flexible approach to work 
• Recently expired or inhouse licences also considered
