Job Description
We are recruiting a commercially driven Sales Administrator, to join an established business based in Halesowen.
The main objective of the position is to support the continued growth of our sales function; we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities
•             Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular and proactive contact.
•             Promote new products, services, and marketing initiatives to customers.
•             Act as a primary point of contact for the field sales team, providing administrative and sales support including order processing, invoicing and logistical planning.
•             Deliver a high standard of service to visitors, offering knowledgeable product advice and guidance.
•             Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to source products and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
•             Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are logged appropriately.

Essential Skills & Experience
•             Proven experience in a sales support or internal sales role, including processing sales and purchase orders using ERP systems.
•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
•             Confident and professional telephone manner, with well-developed call handling skills.
•             Proactive approach with the ability to identify and contribute to process and system improvements.
•             Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
•             Strong team player with the ability to work independently using initiative.
•             High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
•             Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems
•             Must reside within a commutable distance of the office.
