Legal Recruitment Consultant
You’ll play an important role in growing and managing your own recruitment desk, building relationships with candidates and clients and matching talented professionals with suitable career opportunities. The role would suit someone who already understands the recruitment process and is keen to build on that experience. A background in legal recruitment would be advantageous, although relevant recruitment experience is essential. You’ll also have access to external training opportunities through the Group Company and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, helping you strengthen your expertise and progress professionally.

What are we looking for?
We’re keen to hear from proactive, commercially minded individuals who are motivated to achieve results and develop their recruitment careers.
You should bring:
• At least 12 months of recruitment experience, ideally within the legal sector, but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to organise competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Confidence in managing a busy workload and working towards targets
• A self-motivated approach, combined with the ability to contribute positively to a team
• A genuine interest in developing your recruitment knowledge and delivering a high standard of service

Whether you’re already working in legal recruitment or looking to build on experience gained in another recruitment specialism, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark.
