Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Provide accurate product, training, pricing and delivery informationÂ
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and issue in a timely mannerÂ
- Accurately input customer orders into company systems
- Monitor order status and update customers on progress or delaysÂ
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets and customer documentationÂ
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service experienceÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Experience with CRM or ERP systemsÂ
- Own transport due to rural location
The Role:Â
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pmÂ
- £13 per hour (rising to £13.50 ph after 3 month probation)Â
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Located in AltonÂ
