- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product reliability.
As a Quality Controller, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are advantageous but not essential.
