- Support children, young people, and families through complex circumstances, focusing on safety, stability, and wellbeing.
- Work proactively to prevent escalation, keeping children safely within their families wherever possible.
- Build strong, trusting relationships to empower families and create sustainable change.
- Contribute to care planning that enhances education, emotional wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
- Work as part of a multi-agency network, ensuring effective safeguarding and decision-making.
- Use your professional judgement to influence practice and contribute to service development.

About You
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Passionate about achieving positive, lasting outcomes for children and families
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory frameworks
- Committed to continuous professional development and service improvement
- Hybrid working with a requirement to attend the office 2–3 days per week
