Remote Telesales Representative

Your Role as a Remote Telesales Representative 

• Fully remote position with rotating shifts between 9:30am-6:30pm and 10:00am-7:00pm (Monday to Thursday), with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays 
• Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to prospective customers 
• Build rapport and present Sky Protect products with confidence 
• Achieve 3-6 sales per day, with over 90% of advisers currently hitting target 
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within compliance guidelines 

What We're Looking For 

• A minimum of 12 months' outbound telesales or cold-calling experience or door-to-door within the last 3 years 
• A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets 
• A dedicated and quiet workspace at home 
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
